1. Service Description
AgentFabrica is an AI-powered social media content generation, scheduling, and publishing platform offered as a cloud-based subscription service.
2. Account Creation
- You must be 18+ (authorized representative for company accounts)
- Provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for account security (password, 2FA)
- One account per company; multiple accounts prohibited
3. Subscription and Payment
- Monthly or annual plans, prices on the pricing page
- Payment via PayTR (TR) or Stripe (international)
- Tax-inclusive/exclusive prices clearly indicated
- Auto-renewal active, cancellable in account settings
- 20% discount on annual billing
- Pro-rata refund on unused credits (first 14 days)
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Generate illegal, violent, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content
- Infringe copyright or trademark
- Run spam, phishing, or disinformation campaigns
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Exceed API rate limits or use bots
- Create accounts on behalf of others without permission
Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. Generated Content
- Copyright (where applicable) of AI-generated content belongs to you
- You are responsible for legal compliance of generated content
- We guarantee service quality but not perfect AI output
- Brand assets and prompts remain your property
6. Service Level
- 99.5% uptime target (99.9% on Enterprise)
- Scheduled maintenance announced in advance
- SLA breach: 10% monthly fee as credit
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AgentFabrica's total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost data, lost revenue, reputation damage).
8. Termination
- Cancel anytime (panel → Settings)
- We may terminate for breach
- 30-day window to download or delete data after termination
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Central Courts. Consumer disputes require mediation first.
10. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies
Each social platform connected through AgentFabrica is governed by its own terms. Both the user and AgentFabrica commit to the following official policies:
- TikTok: Marketing API Terms of Service, Developer Terms of Service, Brand Guidelines, and Community Guidelines.
- Meta: Platform Terms, Marketing API Terms, Brand Guidelines.
- LinkedIn: Marketing Developer Platform Terms.
- X / Twitter: Developer Agreement and Policy.
Producing, automating, or using accounts in violation of any platform policy is prohibited and triggers account suspension. If a platform restricts or terminates AgentFabrica's integration, the affected features may become unavailable; service-level credits will apply proportionally.
