Pro: 600 req/minute, Enterprise: 3,000 req/minute. A separate queue endpoint exists for bulk operations (no rate limit). Custom enterprise plans for additional capacity.
Retried 5 times with exponential backoff: 10s → 30s → 2m → 10m → 1h. If it still fails, an alert appears in /app/system-health and an email is sent. A manual re-deliver button is available.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) is available on Enterprise. Add your key in Settings → API Keys; usage is billed to you, AgentFabrica charges only the infrastructure fee (~10% off).
Yes — /app/system-health → Log Viewer. Searchable generation/publish/error logs for the last 30 days. Pro+ keeps 90 days, Enterprise 1 year. CSV export available.

Yes — Shopify `orders/create` webhook → `splitOrderBySupplier()` → it determines which supplier ships each product → places the order via the dropshipping API → writes the tracking number back to Shopify fulfillment when received. Track each job's supplier mapping on /app/orders. Approval-first protocol: high-value orders require Telegram approval.
