• Can I subscribe as an individual, and how is the invoice issued?

  Both individual and business subscriptions are supported. For business subscriptions, enter your tax ID at checkout and an e-invoice is issued automatically.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

  /app/account → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the period, auto-renew stops. Full refund within the cooling-off window.

• Which payment methods are accepted?

  PayTR (Turkey — credit card, debit card, bank transfer) and Stripe (international — Visa/MC/Amex). PayPal not supported yet. Wire transfer is also an option for annual plans.

• My invoice address/title is wrong — can it be fixed?

  Yes — message support and the correction is made within 3 business days. First correction in the same period is free of charge.

• How do I update my card information?

  /app/account → Payment Method → Add new card. The old card is removed automatically. Next charge goes to the new card.

• Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-period?

  Full refund within the first 14 days. After that, no pro-rated refund — but access continues until the end of the period, so you can keep generating until the last day.
